Cookie policy

Your choices come first. You can use the website without accepting statistics or marketing.

01

How choices work

Only necessary tools are active until you choose otherwise. Accept all, reject all optional tools or customise Statistics and Marketing separately. Optional checkboxes are not preselected. Closing the banner, scrolling or continuing to browse does not grant consent.

02

Necessary

wikipoint_cookie_consent remembers your choices for 180 days, unless deleted or changed. It is a first-party cookie with path /, SameSite=Lax and Secure. It is not used for profiling. Storage strictly needed to remember your choice does not require optional-cookie consent (Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code). Technical data necessary to deliver and protect the website may also be processed.

03

Statistics · Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 loads only after Statistics consent to measure pages and interactions and improve the website. It may set _ga and _ga_*, with a provider default lifetime of up to 2 years, subject to configuration and browser limits. Identifiers are pseudonymous, not necessarily anonymous. Cookie lifetimes are separate from event retention within Google services. Google cookies.

04

Marketing · Meta

Meta Pixel loads only after Marketing consent to measure visits and clicks related to Facebook and Instagram campaigns. It may set _fbp and _fbc, normally up to 90 days, depending on advertising parameters, configuration and browser rules. Statistics consent does not enable Meta. We do not configure advanced matching or send form field values to trackers. Meta cookies.

05

Journey identifier

wp_journey_v1 is active only with at least one optional consent. It contains a random identifier and campaign labels, not your name or email. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity, is shared on the wikipoint.com domain and may be read by app.wikipoint.com. Information is sent to Google only with Statistics consent and to Meta only with Marketing consent. Rejecting both categories removes it.

06

Change and withdraw

Use “Cookie preferences”, always available, to change your choice. Rejecting optional categories does not limit website use. Withdrawal stops subsequent website measurement and removes integration-managed cookies where accessible to the domain. The page may reload to apply withdrawal. Use browser settings to remove other provider cookies; this does not automatically erase data already received by providers. Browsers may further limit cookie lifetimes.

07

External services and controller

Links to Instagram, YouTube, VIVA and other services open websites with their own rules: a link does not embed their tracker. ALTCHA is served from infrastructure used by Wikipoint and does not require marketing consent. Controller: Wikipoint S.r.l., Via Galla Placidia, 12, 20131 Milan, Italy; support@wikipoint.co.
